Concrete preparation system 750-SD-24 serves for the preparation and uninterrupted supply of high-quality rigid concrete mixture into the hopper of vibrating presses, for continuous casting of concrete products. This system has a semi-automatic principle of operation, when the dosing of components, as well as their mixing, occurs automatically, and from manual labor, only the opening of the dampers.
This dosing system is suitable for such vibropresses as: "Rifey-Udar", Rifey-Polyus ", Rifey-Buran".

Ingredients:

1. Concrete mixer (V = 750 l)   SG-750 without batcher.

2. Block of batchers BD-750SD   (cement batcher with strain gauges, flowing water batcher), on a frame.

3. Aggregate batcher DZ-24, bunker 2, 12   m / cu. each. Weighing dosing system with load cells.

4.   Belt conveyor KL-500-5.0   L-5.0 m.

5.   Belt conveyor KL-500-5.0   L-5.0 m with an adapter hopper.

6. Screw conveyor KV-6 (L-6 m).

7. Control panel of the batching system - DZ-3K.

8. Pneumatic equipment.
