Liquid concrete grouts are the most popular grouts for construction purposes. They have the ability to turn into a cement stone after a certain period. However, there is a particular type of this building material – semidry rigid mixtures with a limited water content, which in combination with hydraulic exposure leads to the formation of a stone with specific physical and mechanical properties. At the same time, the performance and durability of the future block is greatly determined by the quality of the concrete paste batch. Among domestic concrete mixers, model SG-550-Skip is characterized by high efficiency and profitability – a perfect variant for the production of semidry rigid concrete mixes. Concrete mixer SG-550-Skipis supplied with RB-15 brick making machine or separately as an accessory. It can also be used to replace the mixer, for example in the Rifey-Udar complex and Trikondor machine.

  3. 3. Removable details on the bottom and side walls of the loading chamber; 
  4. 4. Cast iron removable rotor blades provide high-quality concrete paste batch; 
  5. 5. Low cost of installation and spare parts compared with foreign analogues; Such equipment placed on the construction site allows establishing an uninterrupted supply of the mixture into the brick making machine for manufacturing of building stones (grizzle bricks and paving slabs).
