In the Rifey line of brick making machines, this model is the most powerful. The machine is a processing unit with a low loading height and a batching system (SD). Thanks to the electronic filling, the machine only works in automatic mode with minimal participation of people. The batching system also works in automatic mode. In fact, this is the plant for serial production of paving slabs, blocks, curbstones. One of its main advantages is significantly reduced molding cycle - 35-40 seconds. To load the initial components for mixtures intro the machine, the rational way of supplying them into the mixing tank was designed. Using the data of the constituent elements, the pressing node is capable of producing such piece concrete products as: masonry units of various types (hollow, solid, partition, thickened, etc.), facing stones, paving slabs of different shapes and sizes, kerb stones, various elements for home and territory landscaping.

Production process is controlled from a special unit, setting up the machine for automated operations. Almost fully automatic operation of the machine significantly increases the overall capacity of the assembly per shift, increases the quality of manufactured piece goods and reduces their cost.

In addition to the conveyor and the tank, the machine includes many other important elements, such as the powerful hydraulic station, which creates the right pressure to form products, as well as the node that carries out the delivery of the mixture into special press forms. The model is also fitted with a system delivering special pallets to the products pressing area and then to the racks with ready-made blocks. Then, with the help of traverses, the pallets are sent to the drying sector and later fill the shelves with empty packaging.

It is worth noting one important feature. The polyharmonic vibration system of the impact type and the inertial principle of operation of the punch are applied in the assembly. This allows to expand the range of application of different aggregate fractions for manufacture of semi-dry hard concrete mixes and in general guarantees the production of a wide range of building materials, amounting to over 300 items.

The unit has high performance and compact dimensions. Its size: 8.7 m long, 9.5 m wide and 3.45 m in height.
