The matrix and the punch are brick making machine elements which sooner or later would require replacement: permanent contact with abrasive materials and being subject to high pressure deforms the equipment.
Martix is a form-generating molding tool, or an element of equipment which directly sets the characteristics (form, geometry sizes) of the items produced using the vibrating and pressing complexes. "Stroytekhnika Plant" manufactures matrixes from low alloy steel 09Г2С for welded structures; the choice of this steel grade is justified by considering strength characteristics of the items, economic feasibility when using mechanical machining and welding.
A matrix is a mechanically machined product for production of which a design department is employed, which needs special accessories and equipment, and control using a special equipment. In addition, a numerous machine-tool fleet is used for its production, starting from welding robots, large programmable processing centers and plasma cutting equipment to simple welding points. Some matrixes are simply cut from a solid metal piece.
A matrix warranty term - 6 months. It does not mean that in 6 months the matrix will be worn to unusable condition and need a replacement. This time interval is needed to detect a manufacture defect (should one be found) the presence of which entitles a customer to have it simply replaced at our own expense. As a rule, the matrix service life is 10 to 12 years of intensive operation.
Stroytekhnika Plant accepts orders for manufacture of standard and unique punch-matrixes for brick making machines of any manufacturers.
You only need to bring the design documentation, or present the equipment sample, or pay for the arrival our specialist who will take connection, overall and placement dimensions.
We guarantee high quality, shortest possible terms and optimal prices.
With the help of the original matrixes for the Condor brick making machine it is possible to produce high-quality construction and finishing materials, namely wall and facing stones, hollow and solid bricks, “broken” wall stones, Lego bricks, pavement slabs of various shapes and configurations, landscaping elements, grass pavers, curb stones and thermal blocks.
