With the help of these constituent elements, the pressing unit is able to produce such piece concrete products as: wall stone of various types (hollow, solid, partition, thickened, etc.), stone facing, paving slabs of various shapes and sizes, curbstone, various elements of home improvement and territories.
The production process is controlled from a special point, setting up the complex for automatic operation. Almost fully automatic operation of the complex significantly increases the productivity of the installation as a whole per shift, improves the quality of the manufactured piece products, and reduces its cost.
In addition to the conveyor and the container, the complex includes many other important elements. The list of these includes powerful hydraulic station , creating the necessary pressure for the formation of products, as well as a unit that supplies the mixture to special pressing molds. Also, the model is provided with a system for feeding special pallets into the pressing zone of products and a system for delivering them with finished blocks to the racks. Then, using the traverse, the pallets are sent to the drying sector, and from there the rack with empty containers is replenished.
It is worth noting one important feature. The installation uses a shock-type polyharmonic vibration system and an inertial punch operation principle. This allows you to expand the range of application of various fractions for aggregates, in the manufacture of semi-dry hard concrete mixes and, in general, guarantees the customer a wide range of building materials produced using this equipment, calculated by a list of more than 300 items.
