Concrete preparation system 550-SDA-24   is used to prepare and uninterrupted supply of high-quality rigid concrete mix to the hopper of vibrating presses, for continuous molding of concrete products.
This system has an automatic principle of operation, when dosing components, mixing them and movement along the conveyor belts occurs automatically, the control panel PU-SDA is responsible for this process.
This dosing system is suitable for vibropresses such as: "Rifey-Udar", Rifey-Polyus", Rifey-Buran".

Composition:

1. Concrete mixer (V = 550 l)   SG-550 without batcher

2. Batcher block BD-550SDA (cement batcher with strain gauges, flowing water batcher), on the frame. Flowing water dispenser.

3. Aggregate batcher DZ-15, bunker 2, 7.5 m / cu. each. Weighing dosing system with load cells.

4.   Belt conveyor KL-500-5.0   L-5.0 m.

5.   Belt conveyor KL-500-5.0   L-7.0 m with an adapter hopper.

6. Screw conveyor KV-6 (L-6 m).

7. Control panel for dosing system - PU-SDA.

8. Pneumatic equipment.
