Zavod Stroitekhnika presents a new development - 1100-SDA-24 automatic dosing system based on BP-2G-1100 two-shaft mixer, DZ-24 filler hopper and two new belt conveyors - KL-650-7-120 and KL-650- 7-120-W (chevron ribbon). This model is the best option for the Rifey Buran-2 and Rifey Progress high-performance vibropresses. The 1100 SDA 24 automatic dosing system is used for the preparation and uninterrupted supply of high-quality rigid concrete mixture into the bin of vibratory presses, for continuous molding of concrete products.

1. BP-2G-1100 concrete mixer (two-shaft, V = 1100 l).
2. BD-1100 block of weight hoppers (cement hopper, water hopper), CAS load cells, dosing accuracy ± 1%
3. DZ-24 filler hopper (2 bins of 12 cubic meters, with the ability to dose 3 components in a ratio of 1-12 cubic meters, and 2 bins of 6 cubic meters). Weighing conveyor with 4 CAS load cells. Dosing accuracy - ± 1%. There is one vibrator on each bin
