Rifey-Beton-Zima 45 concrete plant is one of the most powerful complexes among other similar proposalsfor the production of high-flow concrete mixes and loading into the ready-mix truck. The plant is completely ready to produce бoncrete mixes and cement grouts having a clearly predetermined strength according to GOST standard. ВAll components are made of materials that effectively resist the negative effects of the environment. They are also characterized by high resistance to abrasion, which guarantees a long service life of all the equipment.

Among the advantages of Rifey-Beton-Zima 45 is the readiness to produce concrete and cement mixes of different strength and homogenous nature. That includes not only liquid but also concrete compositions of dry type. Capacity – 45 m3 per hour.

The type of output mixture can be changed at an accelerated pace. The equipment can be operated in two cycles of the water supply, enabling to switch the batching of standard concrete over to the production of rigid concrete compositions in automatic mode. All functions may be performed either in manual or automatic mode.

What distinguishes the Rifey-Beton-Zima 45 from competitors’ analogues:

Number of working cycles for a concrete plant is 45 cycles per 1 hour (continuous operation). Concrete plant is equipped with BP-2G-1500 concrete mixer, which produces 1000 liters of concrete at the end of each cycle, that is, 1 m3. For one hour, the calculated amount of produced concrete is 45 cubic meters during the continuous operation of 45 cycles, which is the capacity of 45 cubic meters / hour.
Concrete plants of a medium series are profitable primarily from an economic point of view as at a relatively affordable price they can produce large amounts of ready-mixed concrete per shift and can be operated by three employees only, which makes them popular among small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.
